Quaternary ammonium salt-based sanitizer for algae and mold disinfestation of wall and stone substrates.<\/p>\n

MAIN FEATURES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Effective in the sanitizing treatment of a broad spectrum of microorganisms-fungal, yeast, gram- gram+ bacteria, algae; acts relatively quickly, on average within 24 h; after the deactivated spores are eliminated, the substrate is in a condition to be treated with the next protective cycle.\u00a0 .<\/p>\n

APPLICATION DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product can be used in the supply concentration, or diluted with water depending on the methods of use. To determine the optimal consumption depending on the absorption of the substrate and the degree of infestation, it is advisable to carry out preliminary tests before treatment on samples representative of the condition of the substrate to be treated.<\/p>\n

Application is done by brush or spray. Wait at least 24 h before proceeding with mold removal to allow the product to act. By waiting to remove it in advance, there is a risk of depositing spores that are still active in areas of the substrate not previously attacked. Where removal of deactivated mold is possible, it should be done with pressurized water. Alternatively, dry brushing can be done. Operate at temperatures between 10-30\u00b0C, avoiding application in full sun in the summer season.<\/p>\n

YIELD<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yield varies depending on the absorption of the substrate and the degree of soiling. On average, about 10-15 m2<\/sup>\/L is treated.<\/p>\n
